You will lead the full growth engine of a global cross‑border fashion brand-owning strategy, paid acquisition, creative, attribution, and team development end‑to‑end.This is a true "first chair" role where your growth methodology will directly shape how the brand scales worldwide.1) Global Paid Media Strategy + Nine‑Figure Budget OwnershipYou will own Meta / Google / TikTok / Pinterest / YouTube across:
  • Channel strategy
  • Annual & quarterly budget planning
  • Structural optimization
  • Multi‑channel testing frameworks
Here, you're not an operator-you set the direction.2) Creative Strategy & Global Content AssetsWith a full creator ecosystem behind you, you will lead:
  • Paid creative strategy
  • Creator content repurposing
  • New creative formats & narrative testing
  • Improving CTR / CVR through creative excellence
You won't fight for resources-you decide the creative playbook.3) Data, Attribution & Analytical InfrastructureTogether with our data team, you'll build:
  • Attribution models
  • Channel contribution mapping
  • Performance dashboards
  • Scientific budget allocation frameworks
You will scale growth through models, not instinct.4) Cross‑Functional Growth LeadershipPartner closely with merchandising, supply chain, e‑commerce, brand, content, and creative to build a full global funnel:Paid → Landing → Purchase → AOV → RetentionThis role impacts every step of the growth engine.5) Team Leadership & SOP DevelopmentYou will build and lead the global acquisition team, including:
  • SOPs
  • Creative testing systems
  • Review & feedback mechanisms
  • Performance monitoring frameworks
  • Your methodology becomes the company's long‑term capability.

  • 5-10+ years in DTC performance marketing or growth
  • Deep expertise in Meta / Google / TikTok
  • Proven success managing nine‑figure annual budgets
  • Apparel experience preferred; swimwear experience is a plus

  • Strong cross‑functional leadership
