  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, project implementation plans, testing, and closure.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. Collaborate with project staff from various functional departments, including lead architect, UI design, UI coding, business layer coding, and testing. External resources include IT, TS, ODM partner, RD engineering, Security, MFG GE, and 3rd party Commscope.
  • Sync up with 1st line technical support teams worldwide to understand and collect needs, clarify requirements, and turn them into development tasks.
  • Maintain and release new client tools to the service center on schedule.
  • Maintain downtime notifications on the platform.
  • Act as the point of contact for Lenovo's various IT teams.
  • Implement AI-powered automation into the service platform and operations.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, proficient in project management tools/systems such as Jira.
  • Familiarity with software product development, including web applications, Windows clients, Android apps, APIs, and security.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification, including PMP.
  • Previous success in producing mobile phone manufacturing or after-sale service tool platforms.
  • Intermediate proficiency in programming languages such as C# or Java.
