Job Description:Chief Data Office , GTS at State Street has a mandate to govern and report on data health across the enterprise and is rolling out multiple initiatives to deliver on the Operating Model and generate value for our internal and external clients.We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who is responsible to deliver Data Governance and Engineering applications with the software quality assurance (Automation & Manual testing) in an agile environment and can comprehend new technologies, come up to speed quickly and adapt to evolving requirementsAs a SQA engineer, you willDesign, prepare, and implement test strategy and test scenariosReview test cases and test resultsConduct testing and defects status meetings, and communicate cause and solution of system and/or software defectsWork closely with Business and Development teams to resolve quality problems and provide informationParticipate in daily stand ups, iteration planning, product demos, and retrospective meetingsCore/Must have skills:Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience on SQA testing in the Manual & Automation(Selenium/TOSCA/UFT) areasSoftware testing experience including test planning, test case design, test automation and test methodologies and provide periodic reports & status.Strong knowledge and experience in SQL Database, ETL testing and Front End testing, ability to develop complex SQL queries using to validate all the data scenariosGood experience in design and implement SQA Automation and scriptingExperience of working in agile methodology and testing tool – JIRAGood to have skills:Experience in Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming language and Automation would be a plusAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
