Quality Engineer II

Evaluate quality data and reports to identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
Perform quality analyses and inspections, for example data analysis, benchmark testing, localization of destructive/non-destructive analysis.
Report the inspection results to the management team in a timely manner.
Utilize standard quality tools; FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Whys, 8D, 7-Step and etc. to establish, facilitate, and validate the necessary corrective actions to resolve issues as required.
Accountable for incoming and outgoing quality & procedures according to control criteria.
Support management team in driving quality improvements and external communications.
Educate, train, and monitor the performance of quality assurance inspectors and other staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards.
Coach and mentor less experienced engineers; check the quality of their work and help them resolve problems.
Perform and support inventory count and required adjustments at distribution or supplier.
Other tasks will be assigned by the managers.
