Data analysis and join quality improvement project to improve customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities:Field Service Engineering work will be focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including, Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up.You will be researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.You will be developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.You will resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.You will be managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals and problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility in own project action in the site.Your background:Bachelor's in mechanical or related engineering.Having suppler audit experience is a plus.Experience in leading a small team of engineers and good coaching skills.Strong team-work capability and Good self-learning and sharing.Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred.Good communication skills with customers and suppliers.
