- Develop marketing strategy and brand plan for consumable product line based on marketing analysis, ensure implementation of tactics.
- Marketing events preparation and organizing to ensure brand message delivering and high customer satisfaction achieving; ensure cost effective marketing events and programs within budget etc.
- Participate in the market research, e.g., customer pain point, market trend, competitors.
- Coordinate with for new product launch, including launch plan, strategy, global and cross functional communication, timeline management, selling materials, sales motivation, channel promotion, etc.
- KOL development and maintenance to ensure endorsement of ASP product.
- Update and optimize sales tools.
- Responsible for the forecasting, pricing, inventory management for respective products.
- Provide marketing support to sales team to ensure sales target achievement and market share gain.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 year working experiences with at least 2 years in Marketing function, preferred in medical devices, sales experience is a plus.
- Good oral and written English ability.
- Good data processing ability (Excel or Access) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Willing to travel when required (include weekend).

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
