Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Global Head of Supplier Quality DevelopmentYour Role and Responsibilities ：Work model: onsite
  • Involved in new supplier selection, responsible for SQP, perform SQQ, sustainability audits and follow up corrective actions of SQQ from all new potential suppliers
  • Responsible for all new design, localization, transferring parts supplier APQP processes
  • Perform annual audit to key suppliers and follow up corrective action and support SQE to analyze and solve critical supplier quality issues happened during mass production
  • Lead quality issues resolution during developing and follow up corrective action.
Qualifications for the Role：
  • Bachelor’s or over degree in mechanical engineering with 5+ years working experience and abundant knowledge in Welding parts, Equipment/Assembly parts, Machining,Cable Harness manufacturing or development.
  • Very good program management skill, has successful project experience in supplier quality development during new projects
  • Solid knowledge and experience in QC tools, like PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
  • Problem solving and proactive
  • Solid Supplier audit knowledge and relevant experiences.
  • Self-discipline, self-motivation,result-oriented.
  • Proficient oral & written English skills.
