- Identify, contact and develop customer relationships; search for valid sales leads and be successful in signing contracts with new customers; beat company's sales goal for Northwest;
- Work with HSEQ, Operations and purchasing teams to provide stable logistics service and develop new business among the existing customers;
- Regularly monitor and report on competitor activities in your area of responsibility and develop competitive advantage models to benefit.
- College/University degree preferred.
- More than 5-year experience in logistics, freight forwarding industry; railway container's experience is preferred; familiar with chemical industry in Northwest, including Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu and Shaanxi;
- More than 3-year experience in sales or marketing position;
- Familiar with MNC's procedures and culture
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Self starter, able to work from remote location without oversight for periods of time, able to determine and define priorities for sales contact / activity.
- Must be ethical, organized, detail oriented team player, able to prioritize and set goals.
- Have a basic master of English and can use it for business communication.
