- Will be part of China CEM Technology team responsible for China markets application support and ownership, onshore markets technology project planning, management and implementation.
- Work with CIB Markets Tech AD groups, LOB TRC, EP/IP teams and 3rd party vendor to deliver projects / tasks on-time, on-budget with high quality.
- Keep strong partnership with different business stakeholders to ensure understanding of business requirement, working out project scope/plan and prioritizing time and resource.
- Support CIB Markets Tech offshore teams in regional/global projects rollout to China.
- China onshore technology point of contact person for CIB Markets China demands / initiatives.
- Support local regulatory reporting, regulatory system setup and other regulatory requirements from CIB Markets Tech perspective.
- Support various location specific resiliency, audit and compliance activities from local CIB Markets Tech perspective.
- Support China CEM Trading desk, China Market Sales, TCIO, Back Office teams for interbank FX/Fix Income/Commodity/Money Market business application issue trouble-shooting and requirement implementation.
- Keep strong linkage with regional/global teams to leverage good practice, processes, functions and resources.
- Follow JPMC firm standard to ensure proper control and management of onshore applications/tools.
- Build knowledge base and documentations for China CEM Tech.
- 5+ years IT experience, preferably within banking or financial services sector.
- Technical Skillset: UNIX / Linux technologies, Shell Scripting, Python, Oracle / SQL.
- Knowledge of China Interbank market business and system (e.g., Bond, FX, Derivatives) would be an advantage.
- Experience in Project management, familiar with processes, tools and controls applied in each project phase and ensure the project delivery with high quality.
- Excellent coordination, communication and prioritization skill in multi-task, multi-cultures and multi-LOB (line of business) environment.
- Experience in change management and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Proven record of ownership and accountability with successful project delivery, preferably around application system setup, implementation, enhancement and migration.
- Experience in managing vendor and supplier relationships would be an advantage.
- Tactical thinking and strong analytical skills with high and fast learning capability.

- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
