Jointly participate in the development prospects and market demand of new products, participate in technical feasibility demonstration of new product development and feasibility study of new product development projects. Actively collect customer application information, multi-source protocol specifications on the market, the latest standards and product directions in the industry, the latest product trends from suppliers, and product development information from competing peers, and provide company executives with reference for product development strategies
Establish and implement semiconductor laser burn-in specifications and processes
Establish and implement the assembly process and manufacturing process of optical related products and semi-finished products
Design optical engine products (TOSA and ROSA) in accordance with the company's optical module-related product strategy, which comply with multi-source protocol standards or customer specifications for optical module development
Certification of optical devices such as lasers, photodetectors, optical lenses, planar optical waveguide devices, optical isolators, thin film filters, silicon integrated circuits, thin film external modulators, etc., including characteristic testing and reliability Testing and other related work.
