- Assist RSM to check and finalize regional sales forecast, coverage and other data collection and feedback;
- Support RSM to deliver business calendar through solid data support & rational;
- Establish business data pool base on regular data maintenance.
- Support Regional Sales Director on preparing the annual plan and budget by improving tools and insight on data analysis.
- Assist Regional Sales Director's/ Regional sales operation manager decision making by providing in depth analysis on figure / organization structure / work process perspective.
- Regional new city expansion plan, new city coverage process, etc.
- Analyze region selling status and generate monthly business review report, which indicates volume trend, by city by brand analysis, etc.
- Dig out the reasons behind and raise up business suggestion to RSM, RSM will help on this part;
- Send out panel report to Field team to make sure field team could sense problems on time and resolve product shortage, freshness issue, etc.
- Analyze distribution result Vs company standard and share with KA and field
- Monitor to improve the distribution by city by banner by brand;
- Maintain master table & update the latest information to Sales Operation Team to ensure distributors’ information in line with company system;
- Follow company’s guideline of coverage and monitor the call optimisation
- Optimize the HC plan to match the city/area/region development
