A key role drivies group-level risk management and internal control enhancement through governance.Strategy & Service Delivery*Develop, implement, and manage services and operating models at cluster levels, ensuring alignment with values, strategies and customer satisfaction.*Ensure successful service operation and delivery, driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of controls and processes under the scope.Risk Management & Internal Control*Conduct internal control testing and risk evaluations as per Global IC guidelines and Asia IC SOP, ensuring timely documentation and submission of results to Corporate.*Facilitate and coordinate testing performed by the testing center.*Ensure timely escalation of major deviations to Zone and Corporate teams, fostering a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement & Business partnering*Build IC awareness and communication across all levels, and facilitate regular risk discussions with stakeholders.*Communicate and report on risk and control topics to stakeholders, and partner with Corporate and Zone IC & IA teams for control evaluation and risk monitoring.A highly stable and global platform.High visibility and broad influence.

7-10+ years of experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, or Audit, with solid knowledge of frameworks such as COSO or SOX.
Background in FMCG, retail, pharma, or other complex, multi‑BU organizations, comfortable working in a matrix environment.
Resilience, maturity, and strong stakeholder management skills, especially in navigating diverse views and achieving alignment.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are a strong plus.
