- Follow the discipline to visit customers every day to discover and meet their needs. Fully understand and implement CVI sales platform.
- Achieve responsible territory sales call requirements in SFDC.
- Be dedicated to meet customer's reasonable needs quickly and accurately.
- Regularly complete and update comprehensive profiling of all stores; understand customer's business.
- Be familiar with and use CVI products and competitors' products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and store level analysis Collect competitors' information and feedback to TM and MKT in time.
- Integrate and train ECP and store manager on CVI technology, value-added products and services ; enhance customer experience by providing value-added services .
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent selling skills.
- Anticipate, understand, prioritize, and meet customer needs.
- Adapt to a changing work environment : need to deal with different situations, individuals and/or groups on a daily basis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively identify, evaluate, and assimilate information to render quality decisions.
- Ability to deliver presentations to store staff and ECPs of all sizes.
- Visit customers in the responsible territory
- Be independent because of home office environment.
- Minimum three to five years of sales experience, Knowledge of the optical industry is beneficial.
- Optical industry or related medical/technical healthcare field.
- Experience and demonstrated track record of performance and results. Demonstrate result driven and good sales performance in the past
