- Reporting to regional operations manager, to implement regional operations development strategy & action plan to achieve business target in responsible area.
- Implement safety activities in responsible area Field safety audit internally.
- Coordinate with planning center, support to arrange daily service jobs. Regular communication meeting for pending service orders & customer requests.
- Implement technicians training plan, responsible technician competence grading & development.
- First response to customer complaint handling.
- Mentoring & evaluating MOT service culture implement in field.
- Work with TS to follow & solve pending quality issues.
- Service facilities management, vans, tools etc.
- To manage Service report quality & hours booking correctly thru MAM.
- Support to CTS sales, involve in technical proposal for big projects.
- Implement outsourcing and subcontractor service quality management.
- To ensure whole team follow BCOP policy.
- Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Business, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
- Excellent Results Oriented.
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals.
- High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated.
