Job description

Reporting to regional operations manager, to implement regional operations development strategy & action plan to achieve business target in responsible area.
Implement safety activities in responsible area Field safety audit internally.
Coordinate with planning center, support to arrange daily service jobs. Regular communication meeting for pending service orders & customer requests.
Implement technicians training plan, responsible technician competence grading & development.
First response to customer complaint handling.
Mentoring & evaluating MOT service culture implement in field.
Work with TS to follow & solve pending quality issues.
Service facilities management, vans, tools etc.
To manage Service report quality & hours booking correctly thru MAM.
Support to CTS sales, involve in technical proposal for big projects.
Implement outsourcing and subcontractor service quality management.
To ensure whole team follow BCOP policy.

To succeed, you will needExperience requirements- Min 3 years operations experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.Educational requirements

Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Business, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
