Lead HCB GC logistic network design and deployment, with cross functional collaboration.

Lead logistic integration in TDA period, work with PG to successfully transfer VS to Henkel network.

Work with GC logistic operation team for implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead GC logistic network redesign, with understanding current situation and pain points, work with selected vendor for network study and implementation.

Work with purchasing for vendor strategy and make sure tender go live as planned.

Work with commercial team to understand business requirements and integrated into network study and design to fulfill business needs.

Work with PG for transition management and integrated VS into future network.

Implement network to enable Polaris growth.

YOUR SKILLS

Fluent English, Chinese, local language preferred.
Bachelor above degree.
System capability (SAP/WMS/TMS/OMS).
FMCG and logistic related experience (on-line, off-line and O2O), more than 10years working experience.
Supplier management and familiar with market.
Logistic network study and footprint change management experience.
Team management.
Strong engagement and influence skill with cross functional, internal and external stakeholders.
