and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.4. 培训AQE及PQE过程质量控制相关工具及方法；Training related quality control method tools and method to AQE & PQE5. 主导不合格品控制流程及不良品处理，并且主导返工、拆解过程的控制（若适用）；Leading Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.6. 主导与过程相关的客户，内部以及供应商的改善及预防对策跟踪Lead and monitoring in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.7. 主导生产过程中的内部经验教训及水平展开Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally.8. 协助内外部质量系统，过程及产品审核Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.9.
