Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer SupportYour Role and Responsibilities- Work model: Onsite

Sales order execution follow SOP and regularly update SOP according to company policies;
Work with internal teams on order status tracking to meet customer delivery requirements, including production planning, payment schedule,shipment schedule, transportation tracking, customer receiving coordination;
Update the running project status report regularly,follow up pending BP orders closely and try best to push the goods out in time, make early warning for outstanding contract, take action in advance to make the contract on-going smoothly;
Aviod risk in order execution ,trouble shooting for special and urgent cases and ease the conflict between different department;

Qualifications for the Role

Bachelor or above degree in international trade or related major;
Good understanding about commercial knowledge and processes;
Strong sense of customer service and result orientation;
Good MS Office skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Good communication skills and good team work spirit.
