- Responsible for DT Engineering strategy implementation together with company's management team members. The operational implementation is supported in close collaboration with the other departments.
- Mainly focus on mechanical design of pad-mounted substation(箱式变电站，欧式) and technology development, technical documentation preparation according to internal and external demands.
- Well cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem related to the design promptly and provide support to bidding and customer trouble shooting.
- Fully responsible for the pad-mounted substation product design rules, material specification, GB/IEC/IEEE standardization application and manufacturing instruction in a costly and efficient way. Also, know-how transfers from/into afflicted company.
- Interface with Procurement and R&D department to develop localization strategy and support China localization and supplier qualification program.
- Coordinate and lead engineering resource to implement the localization engineering tasks, including RFQ preparation, technical clarification, design review etc.
- Provide technical support for sales, respond to the technical questions in the manufacture process and after delivery.
- At least 5 years mechanical design experience of pad-mounted substation(箱式变电站) product.
- Familiar with mechanical design of pad-mounted substation products, material specification and vendor information, market trend and future technology.
- Relevant experience in product development: experience in product development in Asian and Australian markets, have complete experience in product development cycle, familiar with DFMEA, reliability testing and mechanical simulation. Familiar with new product development process, able to make research and development plans, have supplier management experience, and select local or domestic suppliers that meet overseas standards.
- Have ability to adapt to overseas markets: Familiar with the relevant pad-mounted substation product standards, product certification process and energy efficiency requirements in Asian and Australian markets.
- Fluent in English (proficient in reading and writing, able to communicate with customers in technical meetings), able to independently interpret overseas standard documents and write English technical reports.
- Cross-cultural communication skills, adapt to the mode of collaboration with overseas customers and partners.
- Pay attention to industry trends, can integrate new technologies into products, have patent layout awareness, and can lead the intellectual property protection of core technologies.

- Bachelor's degree and above. Master is a plus.
- Major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and etc. Good command of English speaking
