1. Coordinate and Validate that Soil surveys, Underground & Foundations layouts, Piling calculations are performed as per project requirements, demonstrating ownership in his/her discipline within HSE, technical, cost and schedule objectives
2. Perform analysis & design of structure in line with specifications and project requirements.
3. Ensure the Structural steel connection design
4. Provide Technical requirements to Procurement team for Materials Requisition, and review/approve Vendor documents applicable for the Discipline
5. Check and approve Project changes for his/her discipline
4. Provide support and inputs in proposal development, by providing Discipline technical solutions and estimates (benchmarks, equipments, materials and man-hours)
6. Provide Site assistance to reply to Site queries ; can be required to go on Site as Field Engineer to provide support to Construction Team
7. Coordinate and collaborate with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning
8. Provide technical expertise and applicable solutions specific in his/her discipline deliverablesDifferentiating Criteria
1) Level of Autonomy: Application of standards & Procedure. Management supervision is provided on a weekly basis. Manager approval is oftenly required
2) Projects scope & complexity:
- moderately complex project execution of Engineering & Procurement (EP) scope only

2. Working Experience: 3+ years in design and/or engineering management
3.
