- Provide quality-related support for China localization resin projects, including Renaissance, KC.
- Take charge of QA release processes for resin products and manage internal quality systems, including documentation control, change control management, and deviation handling.
- Lead or support post-market quality assurance activities, including customer complaint resolution in the China market, and coordinate internal/external audits to drive continuous improvement (e.g., timely CAPA implementation and QMS maintenance).
- Promote site-level quality enhancements through DBS and other quality management tools.
- Collaborate with China Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
