- Achieve sales objective and expense budget set by Area Manager in the assigned area
- Manage sales team and in coordination with Service and Application support team in order to support sales effort
- Work closely with marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligence
- Reinforces implementation of Key Account Management system in the assigned area
- Assist in the appointment of suitable distributors, set sales target for appointed distributors and monitor performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved
- Assist in yearly budgeting exercise
- Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and be responsible for VIP account management.
- Prepare monthly report
- Establish after-sales service system and ensure service quality
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
- Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
- At least Bachelor Degree in Health/Clinical Diagnostics/Science disciplines
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good command of MS office software application
- Product & Application Expertise
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sales and /or similar experience in the industry
