- Support end-to-end POS implementation including requirement clarification, system configuration, testing coordination, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business users and operations teams to gather issues, feedback, and change requests related to POS systems.
- Coordinate with global IT teams to communicate requirements, project status, risks, and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as implementation checklists, user guides, and issue logs.
- Monitor post-implementation performance, track incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in status meetings and provide clear updates, reports, and escalations when required.
- Ensure alignment of local store processes with global POS standards and best practices.
- Provide functional support during system issues and operational incidents.
- Experience working with retail POS systems; exposure to Burgeon POS is mandatory.
- Good understanding of POS implementation lifecycle (requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, support).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with global or remote teams across different time zones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of retail store operations is preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
