严格执行泳池规定，礼貌劝阻泳客勿在池边跳水、追逐、打闹或非泳客人进入游泳池范围休息。
4.Stick to the post, people do not leave the pool, concentrate on thinking, reflect flexible, pay close attention to the situation of swimmers in the pool, find dangerous situations in time to rescue, to ensure the safety of swimmers.坚守岗位，人不离池，思想集中，反映灵活，密切注意池内泳客的情况，发现险情及时抢救，保证泳客的生命安全。
5.Assist in water quality treatment and maintenance.协助完成水质处理和保养。JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】1.Good knowledge and very familiar with swimming pool operation.
掌握并且十分熟悉游泳池工作知识及日常运行。
2.Good swimming & first aid skills and products knowledge with recognize certificate.
良好的游泳技能及相关救生知识，持有国家相关授权机构颁发的救生员认可证书。
3.Have the water saving and man breath saving skills, should have the high responsibility for his job.
有熟练的水中救生和陆地人工呼吸抢救等技术，对本人的工作职责应有高度的认识。
4.Good communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧。
5.Positive attitude under pressure.
