Join us and our 18.000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.WHAT WE OFFERMain Responsibilities· Responsible for leading QC team to monitor the On-line and Finish Goods quality performance to ensure the quality of products.· Ensure the QC activities are compliant with HSE requirement and take initiate activities to improve the safety awareness. She/he takes the responsibility of statistic and monitoring the safety performance of quality team which includes Recordable Incident Rate, Near Miss, Job Safety Behavior Observation and Close rate of safety walk through.· Make and review the SOP, JHA timely based on ISO9001, regulation, standards, HSE requirement. As follow up for audit, She/he takes the responsibility to set correction action regarding on-conformance findings.· Organize monthly quality meeting with production/supply chain and maintenance team. Analyze the trend of production such as to improve quality stability by identifying the limits and increasing, where possible, the number of direct start-ups; Statistical Process Control (calculation of trend, Ppk. and Cpk. Etc.). As the lead of quality improving team, she/he work together with each work package leader on root cause analysis and corrective action regarding to fatal quality incident.· Plan, establish and maintain calibration, round robin test (Control sample test) and preventive maintenance program of the overall lab equipment and instruments to obtain the accuracy and reliability of testing equipment. Make the statistics and traceability chart regarding to round robin results. Evaluate lab equipment and instruments capability, establish risk evaluation and apply new equipment business case.· Collect and analyze quality data, propose continuous improvement project, and collaborate with Application development department, Research & Development department and other expert on the implementation of the defined project.· Responsible for Lot release, monitor testing reliability, testing time and quality performance to meet customer requirement, carry out sales-release and quick release by communicating with Sales team and Application Development team.· Support HSEQ manager in coaching, training, advising Lab technicians on quality control guidelines.· Complete other assignments by leader.Value Added:
