Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL!What this job involvesTo support deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.Conduct routine daily inspection and follow up on premises up-keepingOversee daily facilities operations to ensure system availabilityCo-ordinate and oversee minor re-stack and moves including furniture managementMonitor and supervise contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies such as securities, cleaning etc.Perform emergency duty outside normal office hours as requiredOther administrative tasks and record maintenance as assignedAny ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretionInterested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skillsRequiredHigher Diploma / Degree in Building Studies, Facility Management and Property ManagementA minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the corporate real estate, facilitiesStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of facilities / housekeeping managementGood command of both spoken and written English and ChineseBasic computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS project, powerpoint, excel and AutocadIndependent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressureIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
