- Partner with Tier 1 to develop 2rd L&I network in local province, especially in Focused cities to enhance customer awareness and increase Penfolds brand loyalty.
- Lead and execute L&I related programs in region efficiently & effectively to make sure brand promotion
- Thoroughly understand the company's positioning and expectations for L&I. Based on corporate strategic goals, aligns with Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute brand promotion, target client acquisition, product sales, event hosting, annual tastings, banquets and training tasks in the related region
- Proavtively design/plan L&I related events , negotiate with related vendor and make sure events landing with marketing team
- Maintain HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individual) database with personalized engagement (e.g., limited-edition launches, VIP tastings, banquets).
- Provide regular sales forecast and reports, and feedback on marketing and products to sales management
- Leads and works with the cross teams to maintain effective relationships with established customers by providing added value solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across acquisition, revenue, and profitability metrics
- Always represent the company in a professional manner and with integrity
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion. And develop strategies to enter new markets and increase the organization's footprint.
- Based on the varying levels of consumer awareness and acceptance of the wine category across different regions, establish a communication model inspired by non-alcoholic industries. Through sharing knowledge about wine history and culture, company background, unique winemaking techniques, and product introductions, guide the audience to recognize and better understand the Penfolds brand. This will enhance customer awareness and increase brand loyalty.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches for maximum conversion
- By creating immersive experiences and sharing knowledge, establish a strong connection between the products and the audience. Enhance high-net-worth clients' awareness of Penfolds L&I products, and promote the brand's culture, history, and craftsmanship.
- Manage all trade related cost to ensure it is optimized and creates business value, in line with the regional L&I business plan
- Establish and reinforce processes for cost management in line with corporate governance and other legislative requirements
- Creating tailored promotion to appeal to luxury clientele
- Partner with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of luxury positioning and operational execution
- Employ storytelling techniques to convey Penfolds' heritage, craftsmanship, and winemaking artistry, enhancing brand resonance among discerning audiences
- Demonstrate professional leadership and commitment in administering TWE values.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Mastery of the intricacies and nuances of the luxury sector
- At least 10 years of working experience in the alcohol industry, with no less than 6 years of experience working in a frontline alcohol Company
- Trade / Liquor knowledge - in particular wine industry experience will be highly regarded
- Focused on luxury alcohol and holding resources of some key channels and VIPs
- Experience in dealing with a demanding customer base
- Mature in business acumen, strategic thinking and influencing in order to develop initiatives (sales drivers) to achieve targeted results
- Effective negotiation skills including researching and being clear of the needs of the key stakeholders in the negotiation, and then effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all stakeholders acceptance.
- Capability to overcome customers objections and consistently gain advantage over the competition through superior business proposals and strong persuasive selling skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading a successful team to achieve objectives through skills in performance management, conflict resolution, team building and team motivation
- Ability to understand, embrace and capitalise on change and lead others through change
- Self-driven, growth mindset and agile in learning
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload
- Willingness for extensive travel within the region
