- Ensure that all HSE related legal requirements are accurately interpreted, communicated, documented and complied with across Supply Chain and Service activities.
- Lead and collaborate in the creation of HSE policies, safe operating procedures, and emergency response plans specific to HSE incidents.
- Partner with stakeholders to coordinate and drive HSE programs and campaigns aimed at reducing occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Organize and facilitate comprehensive HSE education and training sessions, ensuring all activities are documented for compliance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessment processes with active stakeholder involvement.
- Coordinate and participate in emergency rescue drill to ensure preparedness for potential HSE incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess employee adherence to HSE practices. Promptly identify and investigate potential hazards, recommending actionable improvements to enhance HSE management.
- Proactively collaborates with stakeholders to address and rectify unsafe HSE practices.
- Oversee the implementation of corrective actions and safety improvement measures to ensure ongoing compliance with HSE standards.
- Provide and communicate HSE related materials to employees in a language they understand.
- Investigate HSE incidents by analyzing root causes and implementing prompt corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring measures are tracked to closure.
- Ensure periodic and mandatory HSE reporting to regional HSE and local governmental bodies as required.
- Liaise with governmental bodies and agencies during site inspections, providing guidance to mitigate identified non-compliance risks.
- Advised the Manufacturing Director on emergency response protocol.
- Develop, implement and maintain the ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 and implement initiatives to ensure continual improvement
- Accountable for administrative task such as facility maintenance directly related to safety and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated.
- Perform other HSE duties as assigned.
