- It is a client facing role.
- As a Senior Associate, you’re responsible for processing the fund and market requests and inquiries for one or multiple APAC regions, including Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, China and Japan.
- Communicate directly with Clients or Client Service teams in relation to the fund/market requests.
- Provide guidance to Client/Client Service teams on the fund/market opening processes, assist with detailed explanations on how to fulfill the internal forms as well as local market required documentations.
- Manage the requests for APAC via Collaborate, ensuring requests are being taken action timely and requests are completed within SLAs.
- Ensure the responsible regions’ inquiries through IMT are timely resolved.
- Escalate issues / incidents as necessary and ensures team management is informed of any existing or potential client issues.
- Adhere to corporate policies, guidelines, and risk and compliance programs.
- Bachelor and above
- 3+ years of job related/industry experience in financial services
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Good at Office software
- Knowledge on MCH and market is preferable
