- As media & Mega brand activations team leader, be responsible for SK brand health/product awareness and desirability building with clear measurements. Meanwhile, highly driving investment efficiency for omni channels business plan in category level.
- As critical role for total brand L17 budget controller, working closely with cross functions on monthly L17 spending tracking and review, maximizing spending efficiency to enable brand business growth.
- Media
- Collaborate closely with category teams to develop data-driven media proposals. Translate category development strategies into actionable media plans, ensuring that campaigns effectively support IMC campaign goals and business growth.
- Serve as the key "Media to Trade" contact, responsible for strategic resource allocation. Analyze omnichannel business needs and optimize media spending to ensure it provides strong support for sales growth across all channels.
- Co-work with the media COE (buying) team to ensure the media mix meets both brand annual media strategies and retail enhancement needs.
- Oversee the in-depth diagnosis of e - commerce paid media initiatives. Leverage a comprehensive AEC media model for tracking and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize investment efficiency, especially for 618 & D11.
- AO Seeding
- Collaborate with the E-com team to track "seeding to store" performance in real - time. Ensure monthly delivery of high - quality e - store traffic aligned with KPIs like CPA3, CPUV, and CVR.
- Mega brand building
- Well coordinate cross BUs and functions resources to maximize mega campaign impact, drive traffic and sales transactions for retail.
- L17 management
- Lead MKT-executed budget monthly tracking/updating/evaluating with category teams and COE team.
- Quarterly track and evaluate cross functions' budget and get alignment with the MGT team.
- Team management
- Fluent Oral speaking and written English.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Result Driven & Growth mindset.
- At least 8y working years working experience in FMCG industry, like skin care, PC, HC and foods.
- Good at end-to-end marketing scope.
- Good knowledge on business channels, close with business.
- Preferred experience in trade mkt.
