Good customer communication skill and well understanding for the key point
Guarantee customer satisfaction based on on-time on quality delivery
On-time and on-quality customer task delivery for every key packages and milestone
Detailed topic including customer SOR analysis and negotiation , DV test plan negotiation review, topic tracking and necessary test handling, etc
Special customer requirement handling including ELV/Reach certification, special test requirement , etc
Vehicle thermal test handling
Product safe SOP
Guarantee the safe SOP of the product based on Bosch process and customer design based on PF variant
Well coordinate in plant topic including manufacturing/ material preparation/ test spec release etc.
PF communication and cooperation for variant handling
Adder for Senior:
Work as sub-component new design PCM, coordinate different functions, different roles to ensure component SOP
Manage time, cost, risk and quality and stakeholders in new product platform design, ensure successful and smooth progress of new product SOP
Coordinate external parties (e.g., suppliers) schedule to ensure partner delivery, eliminate/mitigate delivery issues by risk management in advance.
Work with global project manager to sync status / request for support/resource, to ensure overall project delivery (with fluent English)
Strong soft skills to push interna / external / global stakeholders, and to solve personal conflictions.

Bachelors degree in Engineer area, better in electrical/ electronics/mechanical/optical area
More than 3 years of project management work experience, preferably related to automotive product
Familiar with automotive product general test requirement like EMC, electrical test, reliability test
Experience in customer communication/negotiation
Strong leader ship and good problem solving experience , welling to cooperate as a team
Willing to learn new knowledge and accept new challenges
