Collect the detail data for DL requirement analysis.
Monitor the DL status to make sure we have enough resource to cover the customer forecast.
To drive production and work with Lean Excellence team to reduce DL cost, meet financial target.
Weekly Financial KOI to track.
DL hiring plan weekly update to campus hiring team.
Work with staffing and HR on DL hiring status (plan vs actual).
Responsible for DL allocation by customers/by projects/by buildings/by processes.
Responsible for DL movements – to other site/between buildings/processes/projects.
DL plan for new projects launch.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
Good in English
Logic thinking, good sense to the number
Familiar with Microsoft office tool
