- Perform incoming inspection of supplier parts, verify and judge quality of key components, complete inspections per standards and issue inspection records and reports.
- Track and resolve incoming quality anomalies and supplier part quality issues on site, drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and closed-loop verification.
- Participate in supplier qualification, process audits and annual performance evaluation; assist in establishing and updating supplier quality files.
- Participate in First Article Inspection (FAI), test and validate supplier samples to confirm compliance with technical and quality requirements.
- Drive supplier quality improvement projects, implement corrective and preventive actions, and enhance supplier quality stability and delivery capability.
- Assist in training on quality tools, inspection standards and incoming material control; promote quality awareness and inspection specifications.
- Properly maintain inspection equipment and measuring tools, conduct daily checks and calibration to ensure compliant inspection conditions.
- Support customer audits, internal audits and FAT-related supplier quality activities.
- Complete other quality control and external support tasks assigned by supervisors.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in supplier quality, incoming inspection (IQC), or SQE in electrical industry; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Familiar with primary switchgear product structure, component characteristics and production processes.
- Proficient in national / international standards and quality inspection specifications for electrical industry.
- Understand supplier management, incoming inspection, first article inspection and non-conforming material control processes.
- Skills:
- Skilled in office software; able to independently complete inspection reports, data statistics and improvement reports such as 8D.
- Master basic quality management tools (5Why, Fishbone, CPK, SPC, etc.) and able to apply them in practice.
- High & low voltage electrician certificate or quality-related certificates are preferred.
- Language: Professional English reading skills; basic English listening, speaking and writing skills; able to read English standards and technical documents.
