To independently execute 4 stroke engine service jobs, such as commissioning, engine overhaul, repair, and troubleshooting, gives quick response and solution to customer's needs.
To ensure that the workers comply with the safety rules and regulations.
Executes works with team members. Plans and monitors the progress of each given task and cooperates with relevant parties to accomplish the works.
Provides timely internal and external English work report according to Wartsila standards.
Represents the company's interests and promote the company values while interacting with external parties.
Willing to travel inside China frequently and outside of China if necessary.
Perform other duties as required.

You will shine in this role when you have:

Be able to communication in English both oral and written.
Be able to handle stress and make decision independently when required.
Willing to travel inside China frequently and outside of China if necessary.
Negotiation and team working skills.
Knowledge on 4 stroke medium speed diesel engine.
