Set up, maintain and trouble shooting of equipment.
Plan TPM and lead service technician for implementation
Training and guiding service techinician for trouble shooting and maintenance.
Maintain equipment to keep high running rate.
Improve the first pass yield and reduce the machine downtime both on Testing and Taper&Reel machine.
Design or optimized equipment parts to increase equipment capability.
Leading cost reduction project to reduce machine cost.
Qualifications
Electrical/Mechanical related Bachelor
2~6 years+ experience in semiconductor equipment
Good electrical/mechanical fundamental.
Demonstrated trouble shooting skill.
Process improvement/localization.
Familiar with AOI inspection system. E.g., Cognex, Keyence…
