- Set up and operate CNC machines (Swiss lathe style) as needed.

- Assist inspectors with part inspection and machine adjustments.

- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally.

- Clean, maintain and calibrate CNC machines.

- Tool changing as needed

- Work in small parts dimensions and hold tight tolerances within quality requirement.

- Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.

- Assist to train new CNC operators.
- 协助培训新的 CNC 操作员。
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

- Minimum Technical school/ college education background
- 技术大专/职业院校以上学历背景。
- Minimum (three) 3 years of CNC relevant working experience
- 有至少三年以上数控相关工作经验。
- Experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes is a plus.
- 有瑞士式数控车床经验者优先。
- Previous medical or dental experience is a plus
- 有医疗或牙科经验者优先。
- Knowledge of procedures and quality requirements.
- 了解程序和质量要求。
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- 良好的视力和手部灵活性。
- Attention to fine detail and high quality.
- 注重细节和高质量。
- Good blueprint reading and precision measuring skills

- Able to read job related English, good conversational skills preferred
