Sr. Product Development Engineer

• Advise marketing by providing technical solutions and innovation opportunities and by anticipating industrial and economic problems.
• Formalize the marketing definition of the product, in respect of the QCP system.
• Calculate and communicate price estimates and consolidate the investment file.
• Prepare and follow through detailed product development schedules.
• Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external stakeholders for decision making.
• Alert management and BUs in the event of risks, drift and projects' functioning (planning, resources, costs, financial risks).
• Timely update of end-to-end IT tools (Magellan, MINDS, SPOT) and ensure the good quality of data.
• Follow through commercialization agreements and non-conformity treatment.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

• Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
• Strong and smart communication, influencing others positively.
• Detailed oriented, open minded, with “can do” altitude.
• Good understanding on plant operation/supply chain operation/color & perm technology will be a “plus”.
• Team player and strong spirit of collaboration.
