Play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels across all global distribution centers, enabling smooth store rollouts and supporting business growth without delays.Procurement Specialist - Shenzhen
  • New Store fixture pick /orders. Updating & tracking Open / Close.
  • Logistics of fixtures to warehouse & stores.
  • Global shipping timeframe schedule & updates.
  • Fixture pick & Capex template for all stores.
  • Submission of commercial invoices & maintaining invoice procurement tracker.
  • Communication to property teams & tracking of fixture deliveries globally.
  • Stock holding reports ( weekly monitoring & monthly reporting )
  • Stock holding template / Procurement filing and folder management.
  • Vendor Sourcing / Order Management / Order Tracker updates
