The Impact You'll Make
  • Introduction and implementation of Danfoss Supplier Quality Manual and Customer Specific Requirements into Supplier's QMS with PPAP confirmation
  • Maintain supplier development projects based on planned supplier's Audits according to the type of supplier's manufacturing process and/or service
  • Investigation, analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions in cases of nonconformities at supplier's manufacturing process
  • Communicate and execute supplier's change requests and waiwers at Danfoss and assure correct registration of complaints and nonconformities in SAP
What You'll Be DoingNew supplier eavluation and selection: Performing evaluation of the potential supplier based on technological capability, quality performance
Implement PPAP process: Track activities at supplier according to PPAP implementation milestone plan (TIP); Execute Design and development verification process at supplier (DFMEA); Execute Product and process Validation according to prototype, pre-lounch and serial production with feedback to supplier as master sample confirmation; Approve PPAP with PSW containing MSA & SPC, R@R and Measuring reports with necessary certificates; Follow up on actions and release the project/product for serial production
Supplier Claim Handling: Prepare complaint report, present failure and consequences to the supplier and initiate containment actions; Execute corrective action verification and close the complaint
Suppliers continuous improvement process: Execute supplier's Waivers with Danfoss cross functional team; Execute supplier's changer requests with Danfoss cross functional team
Execute Supplier monitoring: Provide feedback to Suppliers about their manufacturing process stability; Monitor supplier's PPM level, development trend and targets; Plan and execute risk assessments with supplier to identify and eliminate possible field failures; Suggest supplier phase-out if neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor degree, majoring in Engineering, Electronic related;
3-5 years' supplier quality working experience, and be a ISO/IATF auditor;
