  • Complete Western food ingredient processing, cooking and plating in accordance with standards to ensure product quality and taste.
  • Operate Western kitchen equipment in a standardized manner and ensure fire, gas and electricity safety.
  • Cooperate with meal service for all restaurant periods and banquets, work efficiently as a team to guarantee dining service.
  • Strictly comply with food hygiene regulations and maintain sanitation management of the work area.
  • Manage goods receiving and daily storage of ingredients, and cooperate with regular inventory checks.
  • 按照标准完成西餐的食材加工、烹饪、摆盘等，保证出品质量与口味
  • 规范操作西厨房设备，做好防火、用气用电安全
  • 配合各餐厅时间段及宴会的出餐，高效协作，保障用餐服务
  • 严格执行食品卫生规范，保持岗位区域的卫生管理
  • 做好食材收货及管理，配合完成各项盘点

  • Majored in culinary or related fields; prior kitchen work experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with kitchen work standards and requirements, proficient in various kitchen operation skills and quality specifications
  • Strong sense of responsibility with a diligent and earnest work attitude..
  • Good health and excellent teamwork skills.
