At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity.Commercial Strategy & Performance Management· Partner with the Commercial Director and Regional Managers to formulate sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.· Conduct in-depth performance analysis across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail), monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and productivity.· Develop and maintain comprehensive commercial dashboards and prepare detailed reports on sales trends, market analysis, and consumer behaviour to guide strategic decision-making.· Maintain regular communication with regional teams, delivering insightful performance reporting and strategic action plans.E-commerce & CRC Strategy· Lead the E-commerce strategy and analysis KPIs to optimize client acquisition, digital sales strategy, and the online client experience.· Develop CRC strategy by analyzing performance metrics to enhance remote client servicing and improve conversion from inquiry to appointment.· Liaise with CRM, Marketing, and CX teams to design and implement integrated clienteling, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle initiatives.Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration· Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify operational improvements and ensure consistency and excellence across all points of sale.· Act as the key liaison between boutique teams and corporate functions (Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Training), ensuring strategies are aligned and initiatives are executed effectively.· Analyze customer feedback and store performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the client journey and operational efficiency.Project Support, Training & Development· Support the Commercial Director in strategic projects, including new boutique openings, renovations, and channel-specific plans.· Partner with the CX & Training team and Regional Managers to design and deliver targeted training programs focused on client engagement, product knowledge, and selling skills.Qualifications & Skills· Experience: 8-10 years in commercial performance, business analysis, or sales planning within the luxury sector; fine watchmaking or jewelry experience is ideal. Direct multi-channel (Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail) experience is essential. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Commercial Performance Manager.· Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable commercial recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with tools like Qlik and Power BI to create interactive, data-driven dashboards that track KPI and visualize business metrics for decision-making is a strong plus.· Commercial & Digital Acumen: Solid understanding of E-commerce dynamics and KPIs. Experience in analyzing CRC, client service, or client development operations is highly valued.· Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Must be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.· Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, and collaborative.
