- The job incumbent is responsible for the production process
- Informing line superiors in the event of significant deviations from targets, product risks, emergencies, etc
- Presenting and representing the production facility
- Driving forward further development of the production facility by means of GROWTTH, innovations, rationalization initiatives, etc
- Be responsible for HSE work of production department. As the department header to ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area. Ensure workshop level safety training has been implemented
- Basic safety knowledge
- In case any quality problem occurs, production manager has right to stop production and stop shipment
- Responsible for product safety
- Basic safety management knowledge
- In case of quality risks, the production manager can halt production and transportation
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than five years related work experiences
- Good QA knowledge for the automotive industry
- Knowledge of business management pocedures

- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
