- Assist the R&D team in the design, development and optimization of robot hardware and software, including but not limited to robot control systems, motion planning, perception algorithms, and mechanical structure design.
- Maintain and run robotics related CICD/Simulation tool chain to support robotics code deployment.
- Support VLA related technology development and deployment.
- Participate in the testing, debugging and verification of robot prototypes, record test data, analyze problems and put forward improvement suggestions.
- Working on the deployment and serving infrastructure for AI models in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with developers and product team to understand business scenarios, identify business opportunities, and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends in robotics and apply them to practical work under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Complete other technical support and auxiliary work assigned by the team leader.
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree or above) major in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or other related majors
- Proficient in at least one programming language, Python is highly preferred; basic coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills. And familiar with robotics related tool chains like Isaac,
- Practical experience in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning
- Passionate about robotics and technological innovation, with strong learning ability and curiosity.
- Good logical thinking ability, able to analyze and solve problems independently.
- Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to cooperate with team members to complete tasks.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm.
