The Impact You'll MakeThe Product Application Engineer is an integrated part of the BU sales team and a vital entry point for Sales & Marketing (S&M) to the BU for technical product questions. The PAE have product responsibility for specific products/product families and provide technical support and training for PS and customers. Develops technical literature content & training content and supports in the collection of market inputs for Product Marketing Management (PMM) use. Participates in PDP Launch teams and Change Management process.What You'll Be DoingTechnical Expert：
1.Technical responsibility for existing product platforms in PAE team;
2. Provide technical answers and support on product responsible;
3. Support AM, AE, SDM, PMM locally and at customers;
4. Process Customer Requests initiated from Sales and Marketing;
5. Work with Quality department to determine if a complaint is application or product quality related;
6. Decisions on technical feasibility at component level;
7. Participate in PDP projects/FMEA on Subsystem level/Problem Solving (8D)/APQP activities;
8. Work with ISD and SSS team on System solutions
Technical Documentation Owner:
1. Provide content to technical literature;
2. Create standard product presentations;
3. Variant Configurator support (product compatibility);
Voice of Customer
1. Decide on (sign-off for FFFA decisions), create, and execute, customer notifications (PIB/PCN/SCR);
2. Collect and provide market/competition inputs (input to BU Sales);
3. Input to BU about re-design or changes to make the product fit the customers' needs;
4. Input for new product options to PMM;
5. Capability to communicate customers' technical needs to BU;
Training
1. Train sales force and customers about BU products and servicesWhat We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor degree (Engineering)
Work experience: 3-5years, cartridge valve expertise or experiences of valve manifold design is preferred
Competence: Action Oriented/Customer Focus/Communication skills
Language: English, fluent
Personal characteristics:Optimistic/Passionate/Can work under pressure
