Title: Product Engineer - 115887Your Position:Major PurposePerforms basic product design, testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.Major Duties§ This position plans, coordinates, and executes product design, testing, and analysis tasks for a complete project or a substantial segment or sub-system of a major, diverse project.§ Works collaboratively within a team, contributing to design solutions and actively participating in design reviews.§ May delegate, coordinate, and review tasks assigned to support personnel.§ The primary responsibilities of this role focus on hydraulic components and machine performance for the CI and PDP programsRequired§ Technical expertise and knowledge in specialized engineering fields such as design, analysis, testing, and evaluation.
Proficiency in hydraulic design, comprehensive understanding of hydraulic systems and vehicle performance, and foundational knowledge of parts and machine validation and verification.§ Competence in utilizing company information systems and processes to perform complex tasks with a clear understanding of underlying principles.§ Effective English communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.Desired§ Understanding of engineering principles relating to the company product - Performs complex functions, understands principles. Fundamental understanding of machine forms relevant to the specific job assignment and Company division/unit. Knowledge/familiarity with machines manufactured by competitors.§ Understanding hydraulic schematics and basic component design, work experience along with hydraulic application, better with construction machine technical support or design.Education§ Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)What You'll Get
