- Track marketing campaign and top licensees’ key launch.
- Track and optimize category / franchise mapping.
- Track fashion product development plan.
- Licensee contract renewal tracking.
- Other Ad hoc business planning tasks, ability to conduct light research.
- Process contracts & AU letter timely.
- Manage platform AU letter validation.
- Process vendor setup, VAT invoice for licensee and PO management timely.
- Forecast & ER report submitting tracking.
- PNP tracking.
- Support license pitching.
- To help team leaders and the team to communicate externally and internally regarding all business matters in professional English.
- Licensing team meetings support and preparations.
- Company event and activities support, meeting administrative support, team meeting notes.
- Compose, type, copy, file and fax correspondence, light translation (written/ speaking).
- Support Directors to monitor all T&E and team budget control, prepare travel arrangement and expense reports.
- Solve problems and trouble shoot issues that surface while category team is traveling.

- Business related bachelor degree or college education
- Secretarial training desired
- Minimum of one years’ experience in assistant role and/or in marketing, retail or sales team support and administration
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality
- Prior experience with travel and logistic arrangements preferred
- Attention to details
- Strong communication skill and logical thinking
- Excellent organization skills
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
- Ability to compose email correspondence and conduct light research
- Team player and able to work under pressure
