It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Technology & OperationsJob Responsibilities1) Be responsible for all daily work of Credit Control Syndication Team, and take the Agency role for all credit facilities which UOBC is the Agent Bank2) To communicate with BU, external law firms and other participation bank efficiently, and actively solve all issues in daily work3) To ensure all information related to syndication loan to be inputted in various bank systems without delay and errors4) Have the capability for data analysis, to be responsible for regulatory and internal reports of CCS team5) Be familiar with regulatory policies and requirements for Syndication Loan. Can conduct the compliance checking refer to the due bank policies / guidelines / procedure / process flow well and give some guidance to maker on this6) Regularly review the SOP of CCS team to meet the regulatory and bank related policies and requirementsJob Requirements1) University degree above from a recognized university, law or finance major preferred2) At least 8 years bank working experience, preferably in Syndication Agency function Know the regulatory requirements and Syndication Agency procedures, especially for the fixed asset loan and project loan3) Familiar with bank credit products.
