Job Description1.Responsible for follow up daily production quality related data and escalation if needed负责确认每天的质量相关数据，必要时升级2.OP standardized work guiding and checking车间员工标准化作业指导与确认3.Improve process quality and scrap rate. Lead related project to improve quality level针对生产过程质量,报废率等方面进行改进, 组织开展改善项目4.Quality problem solving on mass production with cross function department对生产过程中出现的批量性质量问题和异常物料, 组织相关部门, 查找根本原因, 提出改善措施5.Monitoring on quality related factors regarding machine, fixture, and quality check points.对设备，工装，质量检查点等进行监控. 对存在的质量隐患制订纠正/预防措施6.Promoting 14Q and other quality approach in manufacturing area推进质量指导原则等系统方法在生产区域的实施7.Support smooth hand over from sample trial run to mass production协助新产品从样品试制到量产的顺利过渡8.MFQ quality documents maintenance and updateMFQ相关质量文件的维护与更新9.OP skill matrix check and training system support车间员工技能矩阵检查与培训系统Qualifications1.Education学历

Bachelor or above 本科及以上

2.Working Experience工作经验Preferred: Over 8 years 8年以上3.Knowledge/Skills/Training知识/技能/培训认证Engineering, Quality or Process Engineer background 工程、质量或工艺工程背景4. Language外语Fluent English 流利的英语5. Behavioral Competencies 行为能力要求Efficiency: Respond quickly and drive tasks forward effectively
