- Is able to understand the business implications of decisions and what it takes to drive profitable growth. Has strategic understanding of business product/solution. Has the business acumen to anticipate business needs and develop alternative solutions.
- Leads large/complicated client teams’ projects and deadlines by utilizing project management tools. Extends and expand current client relationship and add on new clients. Responsible for establishing necessary carrier/vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to serve clients.
- Generates new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the sales plan. Introduces Mercer EH&B products and services to new clients. Provides EH&B Sales Leader with new and expanded business opportunities.
- Identifies improvement opportunities from process/operation perspective. Plays an active role in product development and operational excellences. Coach team members and contribute to talent management.
- Takes ownership of both internal and external financial requirements for revenue recognition and compliance. Accountable for revenue/profitability for client accounts.
- In addition to managing, coaching/mentoring team members, contribute to talent management.
