- Deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with pre-defined business goals to drive adoption and measurable organizational value. Ensure these outcomes are achieved within the fixed project resources, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery time.
- Fully responsible for technical architecture and the management of the technical team, overseeing algorithm, platform, testing and system development of Gen AI and non-Gen AI Applications.
- Design solutions end-to-end so that it can be effectively delivered or executed by TSS or other external vendors.
- Ensures system stability and technical foresight.
- Establish clear team objectives and drive execution efforts to enhance overall team productivity and foster seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with product, business,algorithm,and other departments to ensure technical solutions support business growth.
- Responsible for team recruitment, training, and performance management to support team development.
- Maintain strong and effective communication with project stakeholders, business units and technical teams to ensure project efficiency and maximize stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead the technical team by setting goals and driving execution to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
- Participate in system architecture design to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Oversee the development of back-end and front-end applications.
- Ensure a high level of development velocity across all development teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and evaluate their potential for the company's growth.
- Ensure quality delivery of technology solutions and track their impact post-implementation.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality of solution delivery.
- Develop AI/Gen AI capability frameworks and development plan.
- Serve as the key backup to the Director of Innovation Lab, ensuring continuity in leadership, oversight of strategic initiatives, and seamless management of responsibilities when required.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies and their application in business.
- Proven track record of success in R&D and deploying large-scale applications, preferable with AI.
- 15+ years of experience in technology roles.
- Proven experience in managing teams in a professional setting.
- Proven experience driving high-impact technology initiatives across complex, global organizations.
- Strong leadership qualities, including presentation, and influencing
- Experienced in strategic planning and change project management.
- Understanding of the Chinese technology landscape is an asset.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
