Job Position: Construction Structural Supervisor Location: Qingdao, China Contract Type: Contract based (long-term) Job Description We are currently inviting experienced Construction Structural Supervisors to register their interest. This is a site-based construction role, focused on structural fabrication, erection and construction supervision during yard execution phases. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor structural fabrication, assembly and erection activities at site. Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with IFC drawings, project specifications and approved procedures. Coordinate daily activities with shipyard teams, subcontractors and construction management. Monitor construction progress, manpower deployment and productivity. Identify and resolve on-site construction issues, including fit-up and interface matters. Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements. Support punch list clearance and readiness for mechanical completion. Interface with Engineering, QA/QC and Planning teams to support smooth project execution. Requirements: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in offshore structural construction supervision. Proven experience on offshore platforms, jackets, topsides or FPSO projects. Prior experience in shipyard or offshore construction environments. Strong understanding of structural fabrication and erection practices.
